We are currently seeking workers available for full-time and part-time employment. Must have transportation to South Plainfield, NJ. We pay a competitive rate, varying depending on experience. Experience is not required, only a willingness to learn.​

We are currently looking for employees willing to go above and beyond in these positions: 

• CDL Driver for tri-axle trucks, trailer dumps, hauling materials, operating on-site machinery. 

• Equipment Operator, performing asphalt and concrete applications, drainage repairs, and replacements. Clean and spray down paving machines, general maintenance of paving machines.

• Sales Representative and Estimator, submit accurate company bids in a timely and effective manner. Maintain relationships with companies in related industries. Provides valuable engineering ideas to improve the company's competitive position.

• Asphalt Paving Foreman and Project Manager. Overseeing commercial and residential paving projects. Supervise while working alongside crew members, coordinating activities to ensure timely and successful completion of work. Order asphalt tonnage for jobs with local asphalt plants. Ability to read plans, work with city inspectors and personnel. Must have a CDL. Must have experience in the asphalt industry.

• Paving Crew Worker safely and productively performs paving operations such as paving box, shoveling and raking asphalt, roller, pavers, screeds, installing berms, setting up and maintaining erosion control, loading, unloading materials—opportunities to rise and advance in the company.

 

 

All Employees Must Have:

1. Ability to follow verbal and written instruction

2. Ability to do basic math

3. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instruction

4. Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the general public at all times

5. Report to the assigned job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time

6. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures

7. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
